HOUSE SANTAI

Built a little further away from the other houses, Santai, the honeymoon house, is filled with colonial and other antiques from all over the Archipelago. It is dedicated to the Danish ‘gentleman pirate’ Mads Lange aka ‘the King of Bali’. The fabrics, mainly red, black & white are hand woven gringsing from East Bali, together with gold thread songket from Singaraja.
